1. undeliverable packages - OUR FAULT

A. If a package is returned to us because of a mistake we made (inaccurate shipping address, wrong weight or dimensions, etc), we will provide a 100% refund of the full amount paid. Or…

 

B. If you’d still like the package, we will resend it at no cost to you but will not provide a refund.

 

2. undeliverable packages - NO FAULT

If a package is returned to us because of a mistake made by the customer (inaccurate shipping address, missing apartment number, etc), we will provide a 100% refund for the value of the product(s) upon receipt of the package. Original shipping charges and any return shipping charges imposed by UPS or USPS cannot be refunded. If you would still like the item(s), simply reorder with the correct/updated details.

 

3. BROKEN ITEMS

Broken items will be replaced with the exact item free of charge.

 

4. ALL OTHER REFUNDS

If you are dissatisfied with our products for any reason, you may return them to us unused and undamaged within 14 days of the original delivery date for a 100% refund for the value of the product(s). Original shipping charges and any return shipping charges imposed by UPS or USPS cannot be refunded.
